October Recap+Bumpdate

I hope you all had a fun Halloween! I used my baby bump as my costume this year and we dressed up as Juno and Paulie Bleeker. The BEST pregnancy costume because its soo comfy and super easy to put together with your man. Today’s post is a recap of last month’s festivities! Below I posted a ‘Things To Do’ series that I recommend in the DFW area. Fall really is my favorite season and Dallas has so many fun activities to offer!

{Fun Fall Activities to do in Dallas}
1. Take a stroll through Autumn in the Dallas Arboretum and capture the pretty pumpkin shots.
2. Go to a local high school football game and go to a Homecoming parade. High school Texas Football really is like the movies!
3. Go to the State Fair of Texas! We went on a Saturday night and it was a little crowded so I recommend going on a weekday. Eat fried everything!!! My favorite was the funnel cake!
4. Make a trip out to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch and enjoy hayrides, bounce houses, and yummy food.
5. Canton Trade Days flea market. Amazing antiques and unique furniture

I'm still scratching my head and wondering how the heck I've arrived at 33 weeks. It seemed like just yesterday we found out we were expecting. Time really does fly during this third trimester, doesn't it?

How far along: 33 weeks

Baby Size: A pineapple {my most recent craving} and is 17 inches, 4.25 lbs!

Weight gain: 20 lbs

Maternity clothes: Pants are all maternity {H&M}, with the exception of leggings and gym shorts, which I quickly put on as soon as I walk in the door from work. Tops are about half maternity, half regular. Dresses are all from Asos Maternity. Lots of Maxis.

Stretch marks: No, and thankful!

Sleep: Depends on the night. He loves to play around 3 am for a good solid hour before going back to sleep.

Movement: Oh yes and he is a dancing machine as soon as music comes on. I just love feeling him move around in my tummy.

Best moment this week:Taking our Maternity photos with our amazing photographer Danielle. She posted a sneak peak photo!

Looking forward to: Taking birthing classes with Rainey and my baby shower next month!

Food cravings: Still fresh orange juice (with lots of pulp), pineapple and mango!! Loving fresh fruit. Also loving the smell of cleaning supplies and bleach & laundry detergent.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Rainey's cologne

Labor Signs: Not yet, but expecting Braxton Hicks any time now...

What I miss: My energy,  and bending over without feeling like I'm going to topple.

Symptoms: Back pain, heartburn, tiredness, etc.

Nursery: Almost done! We are doing neutral colors and using lots of baby animals:)

Belly Button in or out? Half in /half out

Wedding rings on or off? On and no swelling yet!

Mood: Anxious to meet our baby boy!

Workouts: Lots of stretching exercises to help with the annoying cramps I get in my feet and legs at night.

Cannot wait to meet this sweet boy!
